Designing Flow

Blank Architects

Blank Architects redefined their identity to reflect their experimental approach and attract cultural clients, using generative design to showcase process, precision, and conceptual thinking.

Blank Architects wanted to shift their brand perception to better reflect their experimental process and attract more cultural clients, moving away from a purely commercial image. The challenge was to create an identity that highlighted their conceptual thinking and technical rigor without relying on traditional architectural tropes.

We developed a system rooted in generative design, driven by themes like pedestrian flow and line of flight. These abstract ideas were translated into code-based visuals, creating a flexible identity that emphasised process and transformation.

The final identity positions Blank Architects as a forward-thinking, culturally engaged studio.

It captures their technical precision and design philosophy, appealing to clients who value architectural exploration, sustainable and culturally grounded architecture.
